This worksheet is designed to help you get the most out of video one in this three part video series.

You're going to dive deep into your fears just by getting quiet and asking questions. 

Please remember that there is nothing to do other than investigate and feel. Allow whatever thoughts or images that come to mind to freely flow and whatever feelings or reactions happen in your body to freely flow as well.

It's that simple. Ask the questions. Listen. Allow the energy to release.

*IMPORTANT* If you don't hear anything when you ask the questions. It's OK. This is a process of getting to know your parts. It may take a couple times before parts of you feel comfortable enough to reveal their feelings. This is NORMAL!

Instead ask yourself, "How does it make me feel when I'm not getting any answers when I ask myself these questions?" Start there and follow the feelings that show up.
