  • [00:12:37] Blue Level: motivated by rules and regulations.  They follow and enforce these regulations. They thrive on structure and discipline.  They need authority to tell them what to do.
  • [00:17:28] Orange Level: motivated by success and achievement. They just want to get to the success and their achievement, and they're willing to do anything necessary to get to it. They're not like the blues where they have to follow all of the rules; they're willing to bend some of the rules. They are risk-takers.
  • [00:22:31] Green level: They're motivated by equality and by freedom. They focus on connection and community bonding.  They want a space to evolve and grow.
